Sales Trainer - FMCG/Media/Retail (4-10 yrs)
What will you do?
- Own sales training piece for the south region (Kannada Language is compulsory)
- Enable field sales executives to do their job effectively
- Make sure the team is aware of the product enhancements and new features
- Be aware of knowledge level of the region by conducting regular assessments
- Spend at least 40-50% of time on field to handhold low performers
- Highlight key areas of improvement at people/processes/product level
- Monthly planning of training calendar in liaison with sales capability manager and region sales manager
- Work closely with leadership, marketing and sales operations team to suggest/implement new strategies
Designing content:
- Regular assessments for the region
- Content for training modules of the region
- Design new training modules to increase efficiency of sales team
Training delivery:
- Own New hire onboarding for the region
- TTT for managers to enable them to coach their respective teams
- Drive rigorous process adoption among the team
- Handholding low performers through OJT
