Sales Trainer - FMCG (6-12 yrs)

we have an excellent opening for you as Regional Sales Capability Manager

Reports to (Direct) - AGM- Sales Capability

This position is responsible for:-

1. Build capability at the Regional level - Own and drive the Sales Capability agenda at the Regional level

2. Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to identify gaps and improvement areas and ensure the effective measures are taken to plug the gaps

3. Lead the rollout of the Sales Training initiatives at the Regional level

4. Effectively measure the success of training initiatives- % improvement in Market execution scores

5. Review & refine tools & processes

Detailed Responsibilities (Major responsibilities of this position):

- Work in close partnership with the RSMs and develop Region's capability to deliver business growth. Must play a major role in supporting the bakery business.

- Work closely with the RSMs to ensure that post-training action points are implemented. Drive processes and efficiency.

- Achieve a target level of training days in consultation with National Sales Training Manager.

- Deliver on the annual training calendar for the Region in consultation with the Regional Head.

- Follow-up & evaluation of learning training. Follow up on the DAP/Action planning post training interventions.

- Ensure complete induction of all new joinees on the Ways of Working. Ensure 100% compliance with induction for all new joiners. All new joiners must have gone through a proper induction and onboarding process before taking over area and geography.

- Monitor the performance of high performers and take necessary steps (create improvement plans) based on IDP to develop them further so that they are ready for the next level.

- Identify ASMs and build their capabilities so that they can be used as Trainers to Train the next level.

- Run refresher programs for the Sales Team like Selling skills, Product knowledge etc.

- Create need specific modules as and when required for GT, MT, ACD, Rural etc.

- Maintain all training related MIS data and reports(Dashboards) for further analysis.

- Maintain a minimum level of field working days as per the norm. Coach SOs on developing their coaching skills.

- Manage 3P trainers and vendors
