In this role the person will be expected to train on and off-roll employees across the country. As an overview, this person would be responsible for- organizing and conducting training programmes and empower the team with knowledge to sell, manage business with ease and grow selection .
Job description:
- Conduct training for full time and contractual employees from Selection team
- Develop & create training and instructional material and manuals for training
- Translate requirements into trainings that will help the team and relevant partners achieve their targets
- Identify and plan training sessions to educate and keep team updated on the new policy and process changes
- Loop in feedback from relevant stakeholders in an effort to modify/improve training content & delivery
- Timely tracking and reporting of performance metrics as per defined framework
- Evaluate training efficacy and assess areas of improvement
