Sales Trainer (Fintech)
Designation : Sales Trainer
Roles & Responsibility :
- Consult with Internal management team, identify and plan for yearly training goals
- Develop & Conceptualize training materials based on requirement and training objectives
- Create Training Schedule for entire year
- Supervise Training Budgets
- Conduct new joinee onboarding process including the training
- Identify training needs on market intelligence, sales performance and coordinate with external agencies/consultants and organize the same
- Conduct employee surveys, Direct Seminars and interviews.
- Ensure Ethical Sales Training, Workshop and Survey as per the Ethical sales framework
- Organize monthly quizzes and track the performance
- Employee engagement; Training workshop, Training Games etc
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a training position.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
