Sales Trainer - Automotive Sector (14-25 yrs)
Experience - 14+ years
Location - Chennai
Preference - Candidate from automotive background.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Responsible for the Regional Training requirements with focus on Class Room Sessions, Virtual Training sessions and On the Job Sessions.
2) Contribute in development of Sales training modules and training aids like demos for training.
3) Develop and streamline processes and manage the entire gamut of the Training activities in Sales.
4) Facilitate Training Nominations & Training Calendar creation and execution as per timelines.
5) Perform training Need Analysis at Dealerships via coordination with regions and on the basis of LMS data.
6) Establishing feedback systems to assess effectiveness of training programmes and draw vital inputs to enhance value proposition in the training structure.
7) Perform Audit calls to analyse call quality at the dealerships, identify training need and deliver corrective learning sessions.
8) Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
9) Create monthly MIS wrt. Regional training centre with action plan to improve the same.
