Job Responsibilities :
- Lead, nurture, train and motivate sales force across India for ensuring organizational targets

- Travel across India for conducting sales training
- Ability to manage the full training cycle
- Understanding of sales processes
Prior Experience :
- 5-10 years of sales training experience
- Preferably from a sales background
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
