Sales Strategy Role - FMCG (4-10 yrs)

Responsibilities for the job:-

- Primary and secondary sales in the assigned area

- Introducing new products

- Managing the team and expanding the business scope

- Executing the sales strategy and medium/short term goals for a portfolio of customer account(s).

- Maintains relationship with external/internal customers/clients at multiple levels

- Below the Line (BTL) advertising

- Forecasting the business and plan

- Develop relationship with Distributors/outlets

- Follow up secondary sales target with team on daily/weekly basis to achieve phasing of the business

- In depth business expansion of the existing outlets

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduate with min 8 years of experience in FMCG industry

Preferred Qualification - MBA (good B School) with oil industry knowledge / background with 4+ years experience
