Candidate profile :
- Should be the pass out from an IIM.
- Candidates from FMCG & Banking sector preferred.
- Experience in Concept Selling for Solution selling will be an advantage.
- Should have strategic bent of mind.
- Should be flexible on the Hr of working – sometimes it could be late sittings as well.
- Open for travelling role as base is Pune.
Location - Kolkata / Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai (1 for each location)
Working Days - 6 Days working
Key Responsibilities :
- Doing concept selling for the Initiative.
- Responsible for lot of strategic planning for the initiative.
- Directly reporting to MD
