The company offers AI-based integrated solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Mutual Funds to expedite their digital transformation journey. The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally.

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join Founder's Office as a Sales Strategy Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing sales strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a smart and analytical professional who has a proven track record of working closely with sales teams, excels in data analysis, MIS reporting, and strategic planning.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Founders and Sales Leadership to develop, refine, and execute the company's sales strategy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance.
- MIS Management: Maintain and enhance the Management Information System (MIS) for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance metrics.
- Sales Planning: Assist in creating and monitoring annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop sales forecasts and track progress towards targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to sales strategy.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the sales department and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Sales Training and Enablement: Support sales team members with training materials and resources to improve their sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working with sales teams, preferably in a strategic or analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
