Role: Sales Specialist - New Business

Our MNC client an Investment Tech Lab in BFSI domain is looking for a passionate self driven motivated hunter. Position is based out of Mumbai but is work from home (can go to meet clients from home, not required to be based out of the office in Mumbai).

Job Responsibilities

- Engage with customers, understand their requirements and map it into the company solutions/products so that the capability can be proved to the customer.

- Achieve individual sales lead Quota on a quarterly/Annual basis with a focus on creating new client relationships and revenue opportunities

- Actively seek out new sales as well as gather feedback and develop new sales opportunities from existing clients

- Respond and direct any inbound calls while managing core outbound responsibilities

- Strategically work with various company partners in supporting them with relevant product pitch, documents, presentations

- Actively manage existing client relations by regularly meeting the user's key stakeholders to gather any feedback for the existing solutions and generate more business opportunities.

- To provide value-added expertise (workflow solutions, consulting, guidance, and learning) to allow end-users to extract the most value from the products.

- Collect and share competitive intelligence

- Lead customer presentations, workshops and meetings for the purposes of winning new business.

- Prepare demo prototypes, presentations and answer RFP's showcasing the unique selling points of the solution.

- Work with product management team to feeding back to them information regarding solution enhancements and change requests.

- Work with implementation/professional services team to ensure that pre-sales to post sales knowledge and engagement transfer is done seamlessly.

Qualifications :

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Being able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment as in a competitive landscape new data keeps flowing in rapidly and the world is constantly changing

- Being able to create examples, prototypes, demonstrations

- Having a good understanding of design and architecture principles

- Being able to work autonomously

- Good understanding of financial industry and institutions and their business

- Personal initiative, accountability and follow-through skills.

- Flexible and able to adapt to business requirements

- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills.

- Superior communications skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency with web-based applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel

- Good understanding of financial concepts applicable in Capital markets/Wealth management
