Sales Specialist
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Needs Analysis:
- Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their specific needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and tailor solutions to meet individual client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with prospects based on trust and understanding.
Video Demonstrations and Sales Presentations:
- Conduct compelling and informative video demonstrations of our products/services, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Clearly and concisely articulate technical or functional aspects in an engaging manner.
- Adapt presentation style to suit the audience and address specific questions effectively.
- Assist in preparing and delivering persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
Pipeline Management and Follow-Up:
- Diligently follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture leads and advance them through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and inquiry status within our CRM system.
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
CRM Management and Reporting:
- Accurately and consistently update the CRM system with all relevant information, including contact details, inquiry status, communication history, and next steps.
- Generate reports and provide insights on lead status and sales activities as required.
Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights from customer interactions to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, services, and sales processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales and Marketing Fundamentals: A good foundational understanding of basic sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Learning Agility and Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information, adapt to changing situations, and effectively solve problems.
- Client Focus and Professionalism: Patience, empathy, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, even in challenging situations.
- Time Management and Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple prospects effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using technology, including video conferencing tools and CRM software.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- MBA or degrees in IT or Technology are encouraged but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
