Sales Role - IT (7-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development of Research Services with focus on BPO/IT Service Providers in India and leading MNCs and government agencies
- Will work to achieve an annual targeted sales level
- Experience of managing business development for research projects
- Be part of the Business Development team, focused on business growth.
- Drive the business development process on clients/accounts - right from opportunity identification to commercial discussions.
- Manage and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
- MBA and Engineers from top-ranked institute with at least 5+ years post-MBA Business Development experience in BPO/outsourcing/IT consulting for MNC clients/Government/international agencies
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Very strong in Business development skills of research and consulting projects required.
- Knowledge of India market; Preferably IT and BPO service providers
- Proven IT skills in the Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint and G-Suite.
- The ability and willingness to travel within India and Middle East.
- Proven leadership skills, with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills,
- Experience dealing with large, complex portfolios and organizations.
