Sales Role - FMCG/Banking/Educational Institute

- Looking for professionals from FMCG and Banking space in Sales role to head operations for a reputed Educational Institute.

- Will manage the organisation's P&L, oversee the day to day administration of the Academy, including budget control as well as the infrastructural facilities needed.

- Will recruit and manage a team of high performers. Supervise and retain staff. Review expenditure and budgets, responsible for discipline, safety and security.

- Formulate the admissions strategy for all the online and off-line courses, work closely with faculty and other members of the team.

- Lead the effort of inviting applications from potential students, including communications, visits to relevant catchment colleges, digital marketing strategies, connecting with corporates and HR, among others.

- Identify new business opportunities and work towards getting affiliations with other institutes and corporations aligned with our goals.
