Key Skills Required
- Excellent Sales acumen with experience of consultative / relationship sales
- Experience in online sales with chat and call process
- Should have handled luxury or High-value products such as Jewelry, watches, cars
- Experience of international client handling
- Help the team build and promote long-lasting customer relationships
- Own recruitment, training and performance monitoring of the team
- Present weekly and monthly sales report and forecast to the management
- Manage the day-to-day performance of team and delivery reviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience and Qualification Required
- MBA in Sales / Marketing
