Sales RM - IT Services/Sysems Integration/Software Domain (15-20 yrs)

We have an immediate opening with CMM Level 4 Co., (Telecom Software Product Development Co.,) for Mumbai Location for the below position

Job Title : Sales RM

Report to: Head -I ndia SBU

Responsibilities:

- Achieve revenue and profitability goals

- Responsible for strategy and execution of strategy

- Help sales team build account mining and new account acquisition plans

- Direct ownership of creating large size opportunities

- Specific focus on creating annuity revenue stream

- Manage and Coach the regional team comprising of sales, pre-sales, projects, support and finance

- Maintain C level engagement with existing accounts

- Maintain relationship with OEM partners

- Manage the entire Order to Cash cycle

- Ensure customer and employee satisfaction

Skills and qualifications:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good in negotiations to create win-win for customer and organisation

- Very result oriented

- Excellence focused

- Overall experience of 15+ years in IT services/Systems integration/Software domain

- Minimum qualification of B.E.
