Sales/Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search Firm (3-5 yrs)
Your core responsibilities as a Consultant would entail:
- Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify, develop and manage client business relationships as well as sell recruitment services
- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions
- Partner with senior stakeholders within client organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements
- Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business objective
Ideal candidate will :
- Possess MBA from a premiere institute with 2 to 6 years of experience
- Experience across sales, business development, or Consulting domain in a client facing role will be preferred
- Have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence & effectively communicate at every level of an organization
- You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment
