Sales Professional - Retail Ad Sales - Advertising/Print Industry (8-15 yrs)

Mandatory :


- Candidate should have at least minimum relevant experience of 8 to 10 years (should be from the print industry)

- The candidate would be initially based in Bhopal for a period of 6 months, can be looked at any location within Company markets at a later stage.

- This role requires extensive traveling to ensure ground connect with stakeholders, clients, and visibility.

- Responsible for ideating, creating and selling brand solutions to clients based on the content opportunities available in specified newspaper supplements of the group. The role includes evangelizing the brand solutions approach to prospective clients.

The role would be responsible for Driving Retail Ad sales Revenue. It would be in a team handling role.

- Proactive scan of the environment to identify prospective clients under the defined verticals to offer Brand Solutions based on content opportunities

- Understand the various brands of organization and content comprehensively

- Basis the content opportunities/client briefs, ideate & create Brand Solutions offerings for the client

- Implement the activities with the help of the editorial team

- Understand the various brands of the Publication and their content comprehensively

- Create small to medium scale Brand Promotion opportunities by liaising with the brand

- Ensure client satisfaction, building engagement that leads to more sales and repeat business

- Ensure the assigned Revenue Targets are met on a periodic basis

- Ensure the Brand Promotion guidelines are respected and adhered to
