Sales product Trainer (AM level) - South - Building Material Segment


Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :


- Well qualified from a reputed institute. Additional qualifications would be an advantage.

- Carpet tile,Office Furniture, Partitions, False Ceiling company background or similar kind of experience in Product and Sales training preferred.

- Overall around 2-5 years of experience in relevant field (Sales & Product Training)

- Pleasing and Dynamic personality with excellent communication & presentation skills.

- Strong social networking skills and client handling skills. Local language knowledge would be added advantage.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Open to extensive travelling.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 04 LPA would NOT be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of/to Bangalore/Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

- Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints

- Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)

Job brief:

Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for the sales teams.

Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, he will work closely with the sales people to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Major Responsibilities:

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.

- Design training curricula within time and budget constraints.

- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)

- Onboard training new sales people for Company. Dealer/Distributor staff would also be trained for Sales and Product.

- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses

- Monitor sales objectives and results

- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses

- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)

- Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars

- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
