Position: Sales & Product Manager - Realty Sales
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Qualification: MBA
Experience: 6-10 years
CTC: up to 15 lacs
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to achieve monthly target backed up by market planning
- Maintain and develop new relationships with clients as well as builders.
- Prepare proposal and presentation required for marketing product for various project and finalization of contracts.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with builders as well as clients.
- Generate revenue and design strategies for maximizing profitability and also realize corporate goals.
- Provide effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level.
- Positively impact the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies.
