Sales & Pricing Strategy Head - CEO Office (4-10 yrs)
Educational Qualification: Full time MBA from premier institute
Key Responsibilities- :
Critical that a person in this role understands the product, technology and financial implications thoroughly.
1. Pricing :
a. New Projects - Engaging with Sales, NPD and Ops team to prepare pricing for incoming enquiries and ensuring targeted profit margins are achieved
b. Existing Products - Refreshing pricing based on the changes in components like RM, packing, freight and converting costs
1. Commercial Excellence :
a. Strategize on growth areas and jointly work with sales team to identify avenues to tap
2. Capex allocation :
a. Business cases for the new projects and/or expansion projects
3. Retail :
a. Keeping team motivated
b. Daily follow ups on Order to cash cycle
4. Other trouble shooting
a. Multiple daily trouble shooting - from customer queries to internal alignments
b. Stakeholder alignment on critical matters
c. Decision making discussions
