Job description:
Sales Coordination Activities:
- Maintain organized sales information leading to accurate report performance at set frequency
- Help the sales team to improve their productivity by ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date account, contacts and deal information
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of Scitara products and services.
- When requested, attend initial sales meetings providing CRM information.
- Assess Scitara's CRM business requirements and configure software to meet these requirements.
- Contribute to overall business satisfaction by promptly answering emails
- Work as per inbound & outbound sales processes & assist in qualification process
- Work with other departments within the organisation for bringing in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
- Work on lead generation (as required)
- Assist in contract management
a. Listing billable and non-billable activities
b. Tracking Contract renewal
c. Maintaining sales bookings forecast
d. Tracking invoicing data
- Build Knowledge-base for answering client questions about credit terms, product, prices, and deployment durations
- Assist in RFI / RFP Management
HubSpot and CRM Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of HubSpot is must.
Should possess HubSpot knowledge for:
- Creating workflows
- Generating Reports
- Uploading Documents
- Annotating sales comments
- Centralization / Integration of sales activities within the application
- Updating & tracking contract related activities
- Generating & Editing quotes
- Upkeeping part numbers & rate cards
- Tracking email responses, etc.
- Ability to research and validate data before entering the database, keep the sources intact.
- Experience with other CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) will be an added advantage
