Sales & Operations :
- Lead, develop and implement sales strategies ensuring profitable growth
- Play a significant role in building, managing, and leading dsales efforts including P&L budget, ROI planning and goal setting
- Supporting the development of the annual operating plan for the Region's topline sales growth through identification of distribution opportunities by customer, channel, and market.
-Analyze the performance of the sales organization throughout the sales process to identify areas of concern and best practices. Use this analysis to provide feedback and areas of focus to improve performance and win rates across all product lines.
- Responsible for developing and implementing an effective national sales plan
- Planning & Budgeting for Sales Targets.
- Setting the vision and strategy for our Sales Operations team - we believe that sales operations
Job Requirements :
- 12+ years of work experience in sales operations, strategy/or operations roles. progressive Sales and Sales leadership experience including successfully developing and implementing sales strategies and business plans with proven ability to deliver sales targets
