Sales & Operations Planning Manager (3-8 yrs)
- Accountable for the sales and operational planning process within region across the rolling 18 month planning horizon, with a particular focus on M+4.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting efforts to ensure accurate forecasts for regional demand of global product
- Coordinate the individual branch demand forecasts to arrive at a consensus demand forecast for global products in the region
- Ensure compliance to the S&OP process across the regional branches
- Develop reporting of key metrics, KPIs, S&OP scorecard at regional level that aligns with the UK based Centre of Excellence approach for clarity and consistency across the business
- Deliver against key planning and business KPI's, monitor and report forecast bias & accuracy results to Inventory Planning Manager
