Sales Operation Manager - Handling West Zone Market

Currently managing overall Sales Operations, for assigned region & accountable for driving On-Shelf- Availability through Channel Management, Distribution Management, Supply Chain, Trade Activation & execution of Consumer Activation Programs.

- Ownership of driving Operational Excellence & development of Channel Partner, Operational Excellence at the Point of Purchase, Enhancing Servicing Efficiency, Driving Manpower Optimization, Coaching, Training & Development.

- Budgeting of Sales Plan, Marketing Investment Plans & Manpower Succession Planning.

- Distribution Expansion (width & Depth) in the current markets & Ownership of Opening up new Markets.

Coordination at Regional Category & Operations Team to deliver desired top line and bottom line results.
