Sales Operations Head - Edible Oil/FMCG (15-25 yrs)

The Sales Operations Head will have overall responsibility for strategy, planning and ensuring that the sales teams across Regions, and for each state have the necessary manpower, tools (i.e. the systems, processes, and capabilities re-inforced through training) and logistics/ product-support to meet the company's sales objectives through an enhanced focus on Distribution while balancing the legacy of volume objectives being met through Bulk Trading in Edible Oil.

- The Sales Operations Head will ensure delivery of Volume targets for each product-category split into primary, secondary and tertiary sales through the Distribution Channels.

- Will build the sales strategy, enable the inputs and interventions, evaluate progress on execution, and ensure performance delivery.

- He will provide leadership and support to the Regional Sales Managers, and should have the flair and capacity for influencing all those key stake-holders who do not have a formal reporting-relationship into him.

- The potential candidates must have prior experience in FMCG Sales of managing and leading a team of front-line managers/ ASMs. Post-that he should have evolved into either a Distribution Head or a Sales Operations Head, and should have considerable exposure to formulating the Sales Strategy and being able to guide, mentor and ensure execution of key interventions.

- MBA should have been from a recognised / premier business school, as full-time 2 year.
