Sales Operations Analyst - FMCD (2-6 yrs)
Sales Operations Analyst
- Work with a major sales region in collaboration with the GM of that region to maximize revenue generation and attain AOP/BOQ revenue targets
- Drive top line growth initiatives including short & mid-range forecasting (S&OP) - the main company business process that drives the development of mid-range (rolling 6 quarter) sales & operational planning
- Develop SKU level demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends, and Statistical models, and drive forecast accuracy and operations metrics
- Collaborate with supply planning team & product managers to drive alignment on new products planning, product transitions, and supply constraints
- Analyse customer POS and Channel Inventory data
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools and automation
- Delve into market share and competitive intelligence in regional markets
- Provide detailed quantitative analysis in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive Enphase's opportunity/funnel management
- Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire company, including sales, finance, supply planning, pricing, and PLM teams
