Job Description for Sales:
Must have proven expertise of at least 7 to 8 years with at least 5 years in Corporate Sales in Employee Benefits or HR Software or similar industries though General Insurance is preferred.
Expertise in institutional Sales with extremely strong connect with HR fraternity in mid-size to large Corporates.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Drive Business Targets.
2. Responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets.
3. Achieve Strategic Growth in terms of new markets, strategic account acquisition, and profitability
4. Ensure 100% adherence to policies, processes, systems etc
5. Ability to identify green field territories and incubate new geographies
