Location - Mumbai.

- The candidate will have a primary role in managing Reinsurance platform Sales and relationship with clients.

- Will work in close co-ordination with Compay's RI Department

- In depth understanding, consistently maintaining a working knowledge of the client whilst managing expectations and the introduction of new platform features.

- Will be required to continuously engage with clients for registration, subscription and drive usage of the platform

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Update Internal Team on clients feedback on platform usage Understanding the local market dynamics.

Experience - 2-10 years in Reinsurance Sales / Marketing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels,

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation,

- Ready to Travel Abroad,

- Work well under pressure
