Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for MICE travel, including corporate meetings, incentive programs, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers.
- Identify business opportunities and create customized proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, and logistics) to execute seamless events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to create competitive strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5-15 years in MICE sales, corporate travel, or event management.
- Industry Exposure: Strong experience in handling large-scale MICE events and corporate clients.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Network: Established connections with corporate clients, event agencies, and decision-makers.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
