Position Name : Sales Manager (Sales Head)

Job Description: Rego is looking to bring on board Sales Manager who can facilitate the development of a fast growing organization as it scales rapidly across the country. This is a strategic role for which we need a hands-on expert with the ability to manage, plan and execute against defined goals by putting the systems and processes that enable sustainable growth. The candidate needs to be well versed in Client management skills, Business Development, Revenue growth and Customer Services.

Responsibilities :

- Data-driven, detail-oriented and analytical approach to drive sales, business development towards sustainable business growth.

- Acquisition of new corporate clients with strong client database which can enable to build a strong pipeline and conversion with good networking.

- Sound knowledge of Revenue Management Product Pricing on different segments.

- Proven track record of Client problem solving and risk management across services.

- Formulating strategies for reaching out to unexplored markets/ groups for business expansion

- Managing sales ; ensuring accomplishment of set business targets

- Providing direction to execute promotions / launches; coordinating & participating in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and various high impact events for business promotions & marketing of company's products/ services

- Mapping updates on RFP / RFQ and participates and propose the winning Bid (Competitive yet Profitable to the organization)

- Regularly analyze performance/results and respective markets to identify business challenges and opportunities.

- Experience in analyzing and evaluation of new business and perform comprehensive risk benefit analysis.

- Tracking competition and analysis for building competitive edge; providing leadership and setting benchmarks in customer service standards
