Sales Manager - Recruitment Firm (5-8 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities:

- Bring in New business aggressively for Temporary, contingent, permanent, Contract to Hire etc.  Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients For Repetitive Business

- Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.  Maximize your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitability targets/share and personal development goals

- Client Management, delivery management

- Direct or indirect Team management to ensure adherence to client commitments

- Identification of internal needs and hiring team as and when requirement

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholder susing key account metrics Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Sales Manager specific add on: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
