Description:

About The Opportunity:

- We operate in the Deep Tech sector, building quantum-inspired and AI solutions for enterprise optimisation, scientific computing, and advanced decision intelligence across finance, logistics, manufacturing, and R&D teams.

- This full-time role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and sits at the intersection of emerging quantum-enabled technologies and commercial AI/ML platform sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Own a quota-bearing territory: identify, qualify, and close enterprise and SMB opportunities for quantum-inspired AI solutions and enterprise ML platforms.

- Drive full sales cycle execution from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM.

- Build and present high-impact value propositions and ROI use cases to C-level and technical stakeholders (CTO, CDO, VPs of Engineering).

- Partner closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to design solution architectures, pilots, and proofs-of-value that convert into scalable deployments.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close multi-stakeholder deals, managing complex procurement and legal processes across geographies.

- Represent the company at industry conferences and customer briefings; capture market intelligence to inform GTM and product roadmap decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, physics) or equivalent technical background.

- Proven track record in quota-carrying enterprise sales of AI/ML platforms, advanced analytics, or scientific/optimization software.

- Experience selling to C-suite and senior technical stakeholders and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

- Strong consultative and solution-selling capability with demonstrable success closing high-value deals.

- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools and disciplined pipeline management.

- Willingness to travel internationally (approx.

30-40%) and engage with customers across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Preferred:

- MBA or advanced business qualification from a reputed institution.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS commercial models.

- Domain experience in optimisation, simulation, logistics, finance, or scientific computing with enterprise customers.
