Wisestep (www.wisestep.com)is on a mission to bring data-driven decision-making and insights to the HR Tech space. We are hiring Senior Sales guys to help take Wisestep to the World. This team management role requires you to work with North American customers. What you'll be doing: - Generating B2B leads of prospective clients (decision-makers) using different platforms - Communicating with the prospective clients over calls and emails, and fixing appointments - Planning and conducting Product demos for prospective clients, and answering their queries - Signing up new customers in the Small, Medium, and Large Business categories - Managing and guiding a team of 6+ (and growing) associates to achieve their targets - Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule using innovative ways Superpowers you need: - 5+ years of experience in selling online subscription Products, IT Services, or SaaS platforms - Prior experience selling in the North American Market (preferred) or other Western matured markets - HR Product experience is preferred - Strong work ethics with a sense of collaboration and ownership - Ability to excel in an unstructured, empowering, fast-paced environment - Having the 'figuring out' attitude with team motivation skills Why Wisestep? - Amazing team, awesome culture, and flat hierarchies - Flexible and experimental - Outcome is king - The team is lean and there's lots of opportunities to grow and build things from scratch We are a match if: - You have an eagerness to learn about the company's products and their capabilities - You enjoy persuading potential customers to buy your products and services - You understand the customer's true needs, not just what they say they need - You are good with words to be able to communicate effectively with others - You have knowledge of using social media effectively - You are willing to work in the US Time Zones (7 pm - 4 am IST) If this is you, we'd love to talk! :)
