enStage Software Pvt Ltd , an innovative payments solution provider is looking for individuals for the role of Sales Manager

Role:

- Responsible for working with managers to set aggressive sales targets for region

- Responsible for meeting targets on sales of prepaid cards

- Acquisitions of new corporate and retail customer

- Relationship management and plans for upsell and increased sales at existing customers

- Ensure training of branches (bank branch / retail network) and activation of branch resources

- Assist in establishing process and pricing guidelines

- Develop regional, event specific and seasonal sales plans, pricing and discounts.

- Ensure required documentation and process is adhered to for audit / guideline compliance

- Give adequate feedback to Sales management for ensuring that the product is in line with market expectation

- Closely track performance and share with all the stakeholders

Required Profile

- Strong retail sales background

- Experience in financial services or telecom industry with focus on financial products in retail or corporate markets

- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

- Strong talent for relationship building and management

- Good verbal and written communication, and presentation skills

- Credit, debit, and prepaid card industry sales experience a plus

Location:

- Bangalore or Mumbai; expect travel per industry standards for this role
