Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the business processes and products so new partners/aggregators for sourcing the customer can be onboarded for offering unsecured Credit products.

- Identifying the right audience, and SPOC at each organization and connecting with CXO level people.

- Independently working toward the monthly/quarterly targets in terms of onboarding of the right partners and business from each partner.

- Interfaces between client and internal stakeholders (Delivery/Tech team) so the committed deliverables/Go-live on time.

- Preparing weekly/monthly revenue monitor plan so targets are met. Identifying the competitor's reach for better penetration and identifying the gap.

- Conducing senior management meetings, setting up governance structure for faster closure of the deal.

- Should be capable enough to do the end to end hunter role starting from scratch, identifying the right SPOC and closing the deal. Negotiating the commercials and bridging the gap.

Key Skills:

- MBA from a reputed college.

- Previous experience with fintech start-ups, preferably retail lending domain & partnership vertical (Will be given first preference).

- Have onboarded multiple large partners in past for growing the business faster.

- Have interacted with a large consumer base platform from whom the sourcing of customer leads can be possible.

- Aggressive in chasing all the possible verticals & opportunities to increase the reach through a partnership model.

- Should be able to position the product proposition in the right manner so deal closure is smooth and fast.

- Have good contacts and relationships within the Fintech Industry & Large consumer platforms. Ability to start and close the deal independently.

- Good client management skills, open to travel PAN India. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work under a high-pressure and deadline-driven environment.
