We have been retained by our client, a well-established, professionally managed Foreign Asset Management Company to identify a Sales Manager - Non conventional channels to be based at Mumbai. Job purpose : To Focus on relationship building and consultative selling through non-conventional mediums. Key Responsibilities : - Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification. - Ability to think through &amp; implement necessary strategies to ensure achievement of said targets. - Work closely with the digital team to help deliver overall targets. - Cross selling and upselling by the use of non-traditional mediums like emails, SMS, call centre, and Digital Initiatives. - Identify key platforms &amp; online media mix to target the right audience - Manage marketing budgets to achieve optimal returns. - Responsible for customer acquisition, resolving employee concerns, audit requirements. - Keeping up with current market and industry knowledge and designing of the sales medium according to the target customer. - Inculcating enthusiasm among the team and motivating team towards achieving company objectives. - Generation of leads through means of email, SMS, call centre etc. - Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. - Retain and expand existing customer relationships to increase regional and business line market share and profitability. Desired Skills : - Excellent verbal and written skills. - Good presentation and analytical skills. - Target and result oriented. - Sound decision making skills - Problem solving capability - Disciplined Candidates Profile : - Candidates should be MBA's from reputed business schools with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
