Our client: A leading local FMCG Company
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for preparing business plans and handling the business reviews, periodic reviews.
- Manage your team by training them on route planning, collections procedure, customer management product handling etc which would help to achieve the objectives.
- The Manager will also be responsible for leading the modern trade channel agenda while developing the internal and distributor sales teams ensuring optimum level of delivery.
- With market knowledge and deep insights, strategize on plans to gain market share.
- Will manage negotiations regarding the price and product listing, promotion expenses etc.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience with relevant Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration/Sales.
- Experience in Key Account Management, Rout Planning is must.
- Should have strong analytical skills, a negotiator, team player.
- Candidates with GCC experience are preferable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required.
