Salary Range; 7 - 9 LPA
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Sales calls to prospect customer base and presenting the company's working capital loan products
- Identifying - high- ticket customers
- Manage and nurture our Partner relationship across select Industry Verticals to generate qualified leads of potential borrowers
- Responsible for the entire customer sales cycle - sourcing applications, sanction with complete documentation, and post disbursement upsell opportunities -
- Reporting and Market feedback into Leadership on product, customer experience/preferences, competition,
- Relationship management and on boarding of new clients.
- Drive and Monitor all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective.
- Maintaining excellent relations to generate avenues for further business.
- Managing all clients (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise) in a planned manner.
Required Skills:
- Graduate. MBA preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience primarily in the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise) customer segment
- Experience selling Loan Products - Business Loans (Unsecured Loans), Auto Loans, Credit Cards
- Experience working in a target driven environment
