Manager Sales for IT Service Organisation

Position: Manager – Sales

Job Description:

- This position requires the ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities within medium to large-sized manufacturing accounts. This person must penetrate new divisions and organisations within their assigned accounts, use customer relationship management techniques to develop and maintain new business relationships, offer business proposals to prospective customers, create account management plans and provide sales status reports to management. Establish an efficient responsibility structure to manage key accounts and new opportunities in conjunction with respective independent sales representatives.

Objectives of job:

- Generate orders and manage Customers and Key-Accounts in defined Region of North India

- Manage relationships with customers and prospects in the Region

- Ensure Order-Entry and Revenue Targets in the Region and with named key-accounts customers head quartered in the Region

- Ensure customer satisfaction in the Region

- Provide regular forecasts to the management of current and pipeline opportunities

- Manage relationship with Independent Sales Representative channel partners, including training, proposal management, joint customer presentations etc…

- Contract Negotiations and final checking

Job Requirements:

- Education to Bachelors degree level in either business or engineering with a minimum 5-7 years of experience selling solutions for manufacturing process improvement

- Success with target account selling, solution selling and consultative sales techniques are essential

- Demonstrated ability in hiring, managing a high performing sales territory

- Demonstrated ability and desire to hunt and grow accounts

- Proven sales experience in selling investment goods in the areas of Oracle / MS Dynamics , expertise in selling is a distinct advantage

- Experience of conducting business in the Region

- Experience in working internationally is an advantage

Preferred sectors: Manufacturing, Media, Pharmaceutical, Construction and projects.

Candidate should be currently working in Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida
