MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech , having 4 8 years of experience in the field of Concept / Software selling, Client Relations Management, Project Management , Development & Implementation of sales strategy, Strong MIS and analytical skills to achieve business growth targets.
Role Description:
- Leading sales team to achieve monthly / yearly sales targets.
- Client Management, Negotiations and concluding sales orders.
- Generating leads, demonstrating products and tracking progress on leads till conclusion 4.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads.
- Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels 7.
- Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
- Performance monitoring of team & working on continuous improvement in performance.
- Meticulous planning & excellent execution.
