Job Opening for Sales Manager with InsurTech Company based at Mumbai
- Lead the sale process and engage with the prospects & Customers.
- Has engaging personality with the ability to meet and engage at CXO level.
- Understanding of Insurance/ BFSI domain is preferred.
- Close sales projects leading to achieving sales targets.
- Ensure Timely collection of receivables.
- Achieve profitability objectives.
- Achieve Account management objectives and support to customer projects.
- Be based in Mumbai and willing to travel extensively.
- Individual contributor role
Skills & Experience :
- Excellent relationships skills. Be able to find, maintain and grow profitable relationships.
- Solutioning mindset with demonstrable abilities to logically interpret a problem and provide solutions.
- Strong customer focus with perceptive and engaging customer management skills.
- Have experience and/or knowledge of account partner management.
- A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
- University Degree with at 5+ years of software sales experience with overall about 12 years of experience.
- Experience in selling ERP solutions. Experience in selling Insurance software will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT solution selling is essential.
- Experience in conducting business across India will be preferable.
- Good Personality and ability to meet and engage with top management.
- Should be a long-term player with proven long term past engagements
