Horeca Manager - Online Fresh Food Startup

One of the leading Online fresh food startup is looking to hire Horeca Manager for their Gurgaon location with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidate would be responsible for Corporate HoReCa sales for the brand and will be completely involved in to new strategic initiatives for the business.

Responsibilities includes -

- Manage the complete HoReCa sales for the brand.

- Create and manage the distribution and relationship for HoReCa clients.

- Responsible for the P&L of the vertical.

- Should have existing connects with Corporates and Institutions & should have proven sales record in HoReCa industry

- Exploring potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth in HORECA/ Institutional Business.

- Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution;

- Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region

- Working closely with Purchase, Production, Logistics, Costing, and Marketing Department to ensure the availability of the product

- Dealing with Five Star Hotels, Restaurant chain, Bakery segment, Airport, Catering, Embassy, Hospitals, Cinemas
