We are looking for Sales manager for a reputed MNC FMCG company for HORECA Division
- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
- The main purpose of this role is to ensure the Development & Management of Company's Business in HORECA Segment that will ensure the Sustained Sales of the company's products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment.
- The incumbent in this role will be responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from HORECA segment in the assigned geography.
- This will be done by developing, enabling and leading a team of SEs with "hands-on" approach.
- As the company is in its initial stages of growth resource optimization and ensuring disciplined execution in the assigned area within the laid down policies & framework are of paramount importance.
