Sales Manager - India Leading Home Appliances
Key Result Areas:
- Market share, Address-ability, Reach, Volume & Product Mix
- Analyze market potential/trends and apply sound Territory Management plan to deliver mentioned parameters
- Prepare strategy to achieve Product Mix both in volume and Value
Dealer Management/ Channel Management : -
- Recommend & define Territory & focus areas to work with
- Analyze, evaluate & propose Dealers appointment as per policy
Sales & Profitability Achievement : -
- Monitor and ensure Territory Sales Plan
- Liaise with Customer Base & Various channels like " Dealers, Distributors, Institutions, Chain Stores, Modern Trade,
Quality of sales-Hygiene (monitoring of outstanding etc.)
- Implement credit policy,
- Monitor receivables, review and analyze regularly and initiate corrective action
- People Management :-
- Responsible for supervising a team of ASM/TSO/ ISDs ( In-Shop Promoters)
- Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to them.
- Micro marketing initiatives
- Merchandising and Space Management for Key Customers
Candidate Requirement :
- Full Time MBA - From a good B -School
- Should have a strong T.N- Market working Experience
- Able to manage team
