Experience: 8+ years of work expeirence in Relationship and sales management in government business or public sector unit

Job Role:
- The incumbent of this position will collaborate closely with the product and operations teams to promote Gvernemnt segment, which is made up of Not for Profit Making Business Entities (other than Government Departments - Central, State, or Local Bodies) registered as Trusts, Societies. Goals for the broad channel are supported by the P&L responsibility of the function.
- To expand the Region's clientele, promote cross-selling tactics, speedier TAT, and alliances with important clients.
- Track KPIs for lead generation and RM sales productivity to foster a high-performance sales culture throughout the organization.
- Promote services and products such Term Deposits, Loans, CMS, Fees Collection, Mobile/Digital Solutions, CASA, etc. to ensure the expansion of National Portfolio of Clients.
