Our client is a Spanish MNC, founded in 1985, started its operations in India about 10 years ago. Now having a global turnover of INR 2200cr with 1000 employees globally & India turnover of about INR 22Cr and 50 employees in India. They are a manufacturer of fragrances and flavours and counts on 25 facilities, including eleven production plants, strategically located across the world, as well as a commercial presence in over 120 countries. Its India office is based in Mumbai and creative manufacturing centre/ factory in Ahmedabad. Our this client was bought over last year by a 30 year old British specialty chemicals giant which is generating about 20,000 INR cr pa globally.
Location: Delhi/ NCR/ Gurgaon (WORK FROM HOME)
Industry: Fragrances Division
Experience: 6-12 years of experience in Business Development & Sales
Competency & Behavioural Requisites:
i. Should have worked in business development & sales with a history of acquiring clients with good business value in the Fragrance industry.
ii. Should have the right acumen and perseverance for growth & business expansion.
iii. Should have keen interest and right attitude for a deeper market penetration.
iv. Should have the aptitude for taking strategic decisions with an eye for inventiveness.
v. Should possess excellent networking skills.
vi. Should possess excellent presentation & communication skills.

7. Not expecting more than 25% hike in CTC.
