1. Contribute to the creation of sales targets for the region
2. Ensure delivery of sales target by self & team
3. Drive Volume growth
4. Strengthen Sales Infrastructure (DPL, Cluster Distribution etc) 5. Drive retail distribution & BTL activities
5. Execute marketing plan for visiblity & promotion 2. increase penetration & visiblity across region
6. Tap the new markets & increase product visiblity.
7. Identify perspective distributors, generate business from existing & hereby achieve sales target
8. Drive the entire process of distributor selection based on sales strategy
