Channel Management: -
Exploring potential business avenues and the best possible distribution in the given area of operation for the increasing business growth and asserting the market leadership by initiating continuous market development efforts. Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities to provide valuable inputs the management for better sales & marketing strategies.
Key Account Management:-
Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations. Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and new customers for achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Commercial Operations:-
Monitoring and guiding sales support functions like finance, logistics & after sale service to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
Team Management:-
Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets. Planning the sales target and delegating the same to team.
Candidate Requirement :-
Full time MBA preferred
Should have sound working knowledge of Karnataka Market
