- Control on journey plan for the Field Force in order to reduce expenditure while covering the maximum territory.

- Ensuring Product Mix in the sales and cheque along with Permits

- Report Competitors activity in Market and use of POP materials

- Provide effective customer service

- Manage team of 20 individuals in various frontline sales, site acquisition & field marketing positions and guide them in maximizing business opportunities to achieve their targets & scorecard parameters
