About the Role:


We are looking for seasoned Relationship Sales Managers to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in the luxury segment and bring a deep understanding of business development and client relationship management, particularly with premium OEMs, top-tier distributors, and dealers.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and manage strategic relationships with top 20 OEMs, dealers, and distributors.


- Drive business growth through consultative selling and market intelligence.


- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships across targeted industries.


- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale service.


- Represent the brand at key industry events and exhibitions.


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with brand strategy.


Desired Candidate Profile:


Experience: Minimum 10+ years in sales/business development, including 5+ years in a managerial role.


Background:


- Preference for candidates from branded companies, especially those whove worked with luxury products, designer brands, or high-end consumer goods.


- Education: Degree is essential; MBA preferred.


- Location: Must be based in Mumbai.


- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in premium segments.
